BODY-PREP FOUNDATIONS is an online course designed to get you moving more effectively, and with less pain - in just 15 mins/day.
You'll discover what unique limitations are in your body, and learn HOW to make the changes you need through detailed exercise instruction.
We guide you on how to create a dynamic posture rather than just tell you that you need one. This will prevent injury and optimize how your joints and muscles work so you can move through life with ease.
Movement Training for Life & Sport
These workshops cover how to reconnect to areas of lost function. Offered both virtually and live - these workshops shed light on the common causes of random aches and pains, or the reason why you never seem to get better with the exercises you are currently doing.
We guide you through our 'magical' little modifications to everyday exercises and movements. We guide you into how to obtain proper load distribution throughout the body, and the ideal activation of ALL your muscles - not just the ones that makes you look pretty. This decreases stress on your joints, and relieves the excess tension in your muscles.
When you focus on the details - small changes in movement positioning, have big impacts on your life and sport.

We work in an open concept studio. You won't just get to know your treating practitioner, you'll become part of the Physical Solutions family.
We find this allows us to truly integrate our services. So many multidisciplinary therapists are locked away in their rooms, following their own goals. In this studio space, we're present and visible, so we can 'pipe in' here and there, and offer a hand when asked.

All our patients and clients say they want to improve their posture. Yet when we I ask them what does that look like? what does that mean? Nobody can actually define or show us what it is they're looking to accomplish!

Our goal is to CHANGE your mind of WHAT IDEAL POSTURE IS (and it isn't just a head above shoulders, shoulders above pelvis, suck in your tummy and jam your shoulders back) and HOW it translates into the different positions and situations you find yourself in daily life, exercise and sport.
